This recipe shows you how to make an easy and delish vegan feta cheese. This vegan cheese can be made day of and used immediately. You can serve it with any recipe that pairs nicely with feta cheese and enjoy over and over again. Works well on salads, stuffing in vegan burgers, vegan feta recipes like spanakopita. 4 Tablespoon coconut flour (or other gluten free flours)
2 teaspoons vinegar (white or apple) or lemon juice
2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoons herbs of your choosing
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Place all your ingredients In a bowl and stir and/or whisk together to combine everything well.
