|Vegan Cheesy Garlic Bread|
Bread defines comfort and we all have to enjoy it with moderation but why not have it every once and a while the best way we know how...Garlic Bread! This recipe is made with a homemade vegan roasted garlic butter that is sure to win over any garlic bread lovers heart. You will want to make sure if you eat some, that you special someone does as well to cancel out the garlic breath though. This shouldn't be a problem because this bread is so good you may need to make more. Enjoy with your favorite main dish with a nice salad and you can call everyone for dinner, but no fighting over the last piece.
-1 Tablespoon Olive oil
-Sprinkle of each Salt and freshly ground black pepper
-1 bulb/head of roasted garlic & all the oil in your foil that cooked with roasted garlic (you pre-roasted)

|Vegan Roasted Garlic Butter|
Slice your favorite Italian bread width wise down the center until you get 8 slices 1/2 inch thick. With a spatula spread 1/2 tablespoon of your garlic butter mixture onto each slice of bread. Place the bread on a sheet pan, top with the 1/4 teaspoon Nutritional Yeast and bake for 5 minutes at 350 Degrees. When 5 minutes are up, bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes on a low broil until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven when golden and crispy and serve warm with your favorite main dish. Enjoy!
