Easy Vegan Caesar Dressing

Easy Vegan Caesar Dressing
Nothing makes you feel as fancy as Caesar Salad...its really a grown up salad that isn't in the same class as regular salads. Its the mac-daddy of all salads...well to me anyways. I always looked forward to having this salad, enjoying it out on the town, or during the holidays. With its simple ingredients combined so nicely with crisp and refreshing greens, it really makes you realize how simple it is when you break it down. This recipe shows you how to make that classic Caesar dressing that we all know and love. Easily paired with croutons and a little extra vegan parmesan, you are all set for a classy meal. Okay...it doesn't have to be a classy meal but you can sure feel fancy...maybe a top hat and gloves if you really want to go all out! No? Okay just the salad then. Serve this dressing tossed with greens or use it as a great marinade with veggies and/or vegan meats. You are sure to love this easy dressing and if you want to break out your top hat, feel free...I won't judge. Enjoy!

Easy Vegan Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon capers
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon vegan mayo
1 Tablespoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon The Vegg (Prepared as directed: 1/8 cup water processed with 1/2 tsp Vegg) *Optional
2 small garlic clove
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 to 3 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 Tablespoon vegan sprinkle parmesan cheese
Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Directions
In a food processor combine all the ingredients together.

Blend and to taste, with the salt and black pepper. Once combined, place in a jar of your choosing and store. I like to let it sit overnight to have the flavors combine well and serve with salads the next day.

To serve, spoon over greens and croutons and toss to combine. Add more vegan parmesan as needed.

Spoon Over Greens
Toss & Add Croutons
Add in Extra Vegan Parmesan
Toss to Combine Ingredients
Pairs great with salads and/or marinades. This dressing will keep for several days stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Enjoy!
